The editors of Osteoporosis International and Archives of Osteoporosis have recognized the ten papers published in the journals between 2015-2019 which received the highest Altmetric Scores. A certificate of merit has been sent to each of the corresponding authors to acknowledge this achievement. 

The Altmetric Score measures the impact of an article through the attention attracted online in news outlets, comments on blogs, number of tweets, and mentions on social media.

About Archives of Osteoporosis
Archives of Osteoporosis is an international multidisciplinary journal which is a joint initiative of the International Osteoporosis Foundation and the National Osteoporosis Foundation of the USA. The journal highlights the specificities of different regions around the world concerning epidemiology, reference values for bone density and bone metabolism, guidelines, as well as clinical aspects of osteoporosis and other bone diseases.
