Quality of life questionnaires QUALEFFO-41

 

The QUALEFFO-41 Questionnaire (a quality of life questionnaire in patients with vertebral fractures) and the IOF Wrist Fracture Questionnaire (a quality of life questionnaire in patients with wrist fractures) are available in the following approved language versions and will be provided upon request and upon completion of the agreement form.
