With the publication of the December interview—dedicated to menopause and osteoporosis—the first year of the Amo Mis Huesos (I Love My Bones) campaign comes to a close. This monthly interview series is promoted by the IOF in partnership with Retos Femeninos, one of the leading Spanish-language websites on women's wellness, health, and empowerment. All interviews are available in the Amo Mis Huesos’ playlist on the Retos Femeninos TV YouTube channel, making them easily accessible to anyone interested in learning more about bone health.

Throughout 2025, Amo Mis Huesos focused on one central goal: to provide reliable, evidence-based information explained in simple terms to help people understand, prevent, and care for their bone health at every stage of life. The monthly format allowed for clear and accessible conversations with specialists, addressing frequently asked questions and topics that directly influence quality of life, independence, and mobility.

The series had a particularly positive impact on healthcare professionals, the general public, and carers, who found it to be a practical and reliable guide, backed by scientific evidence. Due to sustained interest and its proven educational value, Amo Mis Huesos will continue in 2026, expanding its reach and strengthening the participation of specialists from various countries.

The end of the year, with the theme of menopause and osteoporosis, underscores the need to continue promoting informed conversations about the changes that millions of women experience and their impact on bone health.
