We invite you to participate in the 9th Central European Congress on Osteoporosis and Osteoarthritis together with the 21st Congress of the Polish Society of Osteoarthrology, which will be held online on September 28-30, 2023. The Congress is organized under the auspices of the International Osteoporosis Foundation. Participation in the Congress is free of charge. Participants receive educational points. We anticipate the participation of about 4,000 participants. The number of places is limited; the order of registrations is decisive.

The program of lectures will cover topics such as advances in the diagnosis of osteoporosis and fracture risk assessment, the place of anabolic and antiresorptive drugs in the treatment of osteoporosis, osteoporosis in metabolic diseases and in the elderly, problems of long-term treatment, prevention of cancer metastases, fractures in diabetes, osteoporotic fractures, sarcopenia and falls, analgesic therapies and others.

The Congress organizers are planning 45 lectures in Polish and English, featuring outstanding lecturers from Poland and abroad. The languages ​​of instruction are Polish and English, afternoon sessions will be in English. 

Prof. Jean-Yves Reginster will present the Opening Lecture: "Bone forming agents: are they the solution to closing the gap in the treatment of osteoporosis?".
