Calcified Tissue International and Musculoskeletal Research is a monthly, peer-reviewed journal that explores the biochemical, biophysical, molecular, and genetic determinants of the structure, function, and metabolism of bone, and other musculoskeletal tissues. The journal publishes high-quality preclinical and translational research on these topics together with clinical research and expert reviews which promote a greater understanding of the pathogenesis and treatment of bone disease and musculoskeletal interactions. One of the unique features of the journal are its many outstanding topical issues featuring invited reviews by the world’s leading experts.
The Editors-in-Chief, Professors Stuart Ralston and René Rizzoli, have now recognized the authors of the journal’s top-cited papers of 2022-2023, listed and accessible below, with Certificates of Publishing Excellence: “We congratulate and thank the authors of these exceptional research papers and reviews that have contributed to the journal’s growing impact and reputation as a forum of choice for the publication of new research.”
